SAVE THE DATE: The European Exascale Software Initiative, EESI
is organizing its international conference on October 10-11, 2011 in Barcelona

The main goals of EESI are to build a European vision and roadmap to address the challenge of performing scientific computing on the new generation of computers which will provide multi-Petaflop performances in 2010 and Exaflop performances in 2020

During this major event, organized by Barcelona Supercomputing Center and co funded by the European Commission, the results of EESI activities will be presented to the worldwide specialists, scientists and policy makers, including representatives from different European member states, representatives of the EC, Supercomputing Centers, Universities…
