![]() TQCI Seminars → 13 & 14 November 2024
This seminar focused on the expectations for quantum computing over the next three to five years and the obstacles to be overcome in order to meet these expectations. On the second day, a parallel session on quantum sensors for industry examined the possibilities offered by these technologies.
Organized in partnership with EDF and Naval Group, this seminar took place at EDF Lab Paris-Saclay. → October 2nd – SORBONNE UNIVERSITE Campus Paris-Jussieu
The AQADOC project, supported by the Île-de-France Region, was launched in May 2024 at the Vivatech conference. This initiative brings together Welinq, EDF, Pasqal, Quandela, Genci, Lip6, Le Lab Quantique, and Teratec. The goal was to explore the benefits of algorithm parallelization, paving the way for large-scale quantum computing. The October 2nd workshop focused on the state of the art of these technologies, offering a unique opportunity to discuss distributed quantum algorithmics through scientific and technical workshops. ![]() ![]() → 5 September 2024
Quantum computing technologies and their uses are currently at a low level of maturity, with little homogeneity. Scaling them up and making them operational still requires the resolution of a number of challenges, and we invite you to join us for the 10th TQCI seminar, devoted to the various issues involved in industrializing and deploying quantum computing. 1. The Necessary Human Skills: What are the essential skills that need to be developed now to be ready on time? We'll look at the training currently available, as well as that which needs to be implemented to meet the identified requirements. 2. Enabling Technologies: What are the challenges and latest advances in technologies needed for the various components of QPU quantum computing, control methods and interfacing with classical technologies. What challenges must they meet to provide the conditions for real use of quantum computing in the industrial world? 3. Challenges facing software and hardware suppliers: We'll be talking to various suppliers, who will be presenting the challenges they face and their strategies for meeting them. 4. The point of view of industrial users: We'll be talking to companies who have been involved in the first experiments for several years, and those who are now embarking on the adventure. We'll explore their perspectives, their feedback and their visions for the future. To this day, we are happy to welcome those participants : Direction générale de l'Armement, Ministère des armées, RADIALL, Naquidis, IBM, Pasqal, WELINQ, EVIDEN, Alice&Bob, Qbitsoft, CEA, EDF, Le Lab Quantique, Naval Group, AIRLIQUIDE, QUANDELA, IQM ![]() ![]() → 4&5 June 2024 in Reims
New edition of the TQCI seminar dedicated to the state of progress of various benchmarking initiatives for quantum computers. After our first meeting, in 2023, this will be an opportunity to review the progress of the French BACQ project and other European and international projects in the field, to discover new initiatives and to gain an overview of the various strategies. Genuine reference measuring instruments for comparing the performance of the various quantum computing solutions and objectifying their progress towards utility, benchmarks at the component level and especially at the application level remain necessary more than ever, and challenging as well. Organized by Teratec, LNE and Thales, in partnership with URCA, this seminar is a not-to-be-missed opportunity to exchange views with international experts in the field, one year after the one held on May 11, 2023. To allow more time for exchanges with the various participants, this seminar will be held from June 4, 1:00 pm to June 5, 5:00 pm in Reims. ![]() ![]() → 11 May 2023 at Thales

Juliette Ginies from C12, Théau Péronnin from Alice&Bob, Christophe Legrand from Pasqal, Jean Senellart from Quandela and Laurent Guiraud from ColibriTd came to present the progress of the various partnership projects they are spearheading. Sylvain Ferrari and Davide Boschetto from ENSTA presented the Eduquantum training project. The day ended with a presentation of the various regional, French and national calls for projects, and companies wishing to do so were able to present their skills and project ideas during the pitch sessions set aside for this purpose.
