The Ter@tec Forum Exhibition will take place on June 30th in the multi-purpose Hall at Supelec very close to the main lecture theatre..

This space will host around forty booths presenting products, achievements and research and development projects by the main players in HPC.

Breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunch and the evening cocktail will also take place in this space.

How to become a Sponsor or an Exhibitor

This provides a real opportunity for all the players in the sector of HPC to participate in this convention and meet numerous partners, customers, prospective clients and journalists.

 You will exhibit at Ter@tec 2009 on Tuesday June 30th

You will exhibit on the space reserved for the exhibition and professional meetings and you will present your products, your research and development projects or the business of your organization.

The fee payable is 1500,00 € (before tax) for members of Ter@tec and 4000€ (before tax) for non-members. This price includes the following :
A fully-equipped exhibition stand measuring 6 square meters (partitions, carpet, your company’s name on a sign board, a set of spotlights)
A set of furniture (1 table, 3 chairs, 1 presentation rack for your documentation)
•An introductory text familiarizing readers with your company under the heading « Exhibitors » displayed on the Ter@tec 2009 site and published in the Official Programme handed out to all those taking part.

 How to become a Sponsor of Ter@tec 2009

Become a sponsor of Ter@tec 2009 and be associated with marketing and promotion features of this event.
The Ter@tec Association is pleased to offer you different participation options to promote the activity of your organization.
By associating yourself with Ter@tec 2009 marketing actions, your sponsorship will enable you to make your company profile more conspicuous and enhance the visibility of your activity and sector of business among the numerous players in HPC before, during and after the symposium. We can assist you in finding the most appropriate sponsoring formula and/or participation which will enable you to meet your needs and fulfil your aims.

Your sponsorship may equally involve subsidizing partially or totally lunch, coffee breaks and/or closing cocktail.

This contribution, left to the discretion and the appreciation of the individual or corporate sponsor, will enable you to have your logo displayed and emblazoned on the lunch, coffee breaks’ or closing cocktail posters or to entitle you to distribute promotional gifts, provided by the sponsor, at the opening of the symposium.
