Biography: Charles Huot is a seasoned data entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience, currently leading business development at Eclairion. He also serves as President of both Hydria and the French digital cluster Cap Digital, alongside lecturing on AI at the École de Guerre Économique. Beginning his career at IBM, Charles specializes in artificial intelligence, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and the strategic development of sustainable high-performance computing (HPC) ecosystems.
