Visualization and multimedia

Image rendering to drive simulation or to analyse data, ray tracing, multimedia and streaming: all these domains make extensive usage of interconnected HPC systems and fast access to multitier storage. This workshop was an opportunity to expose trends and share leading edge use cases, giving an overview of new possibilities offered by the most advanced technology development, both in HW and at the software stack.
