CONCEPT

The TERATEC Campus will house research laboratories both public and private and comprise major players in high performance simulation and computing who will use these powerful tools to remain state-of-the-art and at the cutting edge of world research and thus further enhance the competitiveness of research and industry in very numerous fields of activity.

BUSINESS INCUBATOR : 400 M€ dedicated to start-ups of - 4 years

An all-inclusive offer for the young company

Private space of 15 m2+ including :

• A telephone system and IT cabling (such as IP)
• A Furniture kit including desk, cupboard, filing cabinet, chair and seats for guests
• Secure access : campus under video surveillance and access secured by external company

Dedicated services include :

• Personalized reception and telephone service
• Administrative assistance : booking transportation, organizing meetings
• Mail management
• Organization of parcel deliveries
• Access to various shared facilities: photocopier, fax, scanner, binding machine, paper cutter, laminator, stapler .... And meeting rooms for a maximum of four times a month

Customized business support by advisors from the CCI Essonne's Economic and Business Development management team.

Once every quarter a point will be made concerning the company’s business development and in particular on the implementation of follow up tools. Business Club Access to information workshops held regularly on business topics or more informal meetings. Cafeteria and relaxation area

Private space of 15 to 280 m2 including :

• One or more small offices
• A telephone system and IT cabling (such as IP)
• Secure access : campus under video surveillance and access secured by external company

A la carte service:

• Personalized reception and telephone service
• Administrative assistance : booking transportation, organizing meetings, organization of parcel deliveries.
• Mail management
• Access to various shared facilities : photocopier, fax, scanner, binding machine, paper cutter, laminator, stapler .... And meeting rooms
