H2020 MANUELA: The goal of MANUELA is the development and realization of a metal Additive Manufacturing pilot line service covering the full AM development cycle including simulation, robust AM manufacturing and on-line process control, characterization, real-time feedback, post-treatment, AM qualification protocols and associated business model.
H2020 KRAKEN : The objective of the project is to develop an automated, robotic, machine for hybrid multi-material manufacturing, combining both subtractive and novel additive technologies. The objective is to develop a machine capable of producing functional parts up to 20m long, with high accuracy and quality. The parts will be made in aluminum, thermoset polymer or a combination of both materials
H2020 ENABLE S3 : This project is industry-driven and aspires to substitute today’s cost-intensive verification & validation efforts by more advanced and efficient methods to pave the way for the commercialization of highly automated cyber physical systems (ACPS). Pure simulation cannot cover physics in detail due to its limitations in modelling and computation. Real-world tests are too expensive, too time consuming and potentially dangerous. Thus, ENABLE-S3 aims at developing an innovative solution capable of combining both worlds in an optimized manner. |
